Core Rehab therapists are experts at gentle, individualized rehab of orthopedic surgeries and injuries. We also work with sports medicine, pain management, weight loss, arthritis pain, fractures, and so much more. 

We have three convenient Walworth County locations:
In Elkhorn, Core Rehab operates a state of the art HydroWorx 94-degree aquatic therapy poolfeaturing an underwater treadmill and camera system allowing your therapist to monitor your progress in real time - perfect for sports training and pain management. Regular therapy in our large rehab gym is also available here. 
Our Lake Geneva staff commits to getting you back on your feet quickly. Our therapists address post-surgery knee and hip rehab, as well as foot injuries and other needs, all in our newly enlarged rehab gym. 
East Troy is completing construction in Nov 2015 on a new rehab wing with enlarged rehab gym. Our therapists work with many modalities to aid recovery from illness, injury or surgery. 

Interested in the HydroWorx pool but live closer to our other locations? Keep your regular therapy appointments at the Core Rehab location near your home and come visit the pool as needed. We work together for your ultimate well-being.
