Core Revolution Studio is a fitness studio conceptualized by wellness-coach, personal trainer, lululemon ambassador and former Bar Method/Xtend Barre instructor, Sarah Guseilo. Core Revolution Studio brings to you the best of both worlds – a high-intensity, scientifically-based powerhouse workout regimen that you can tailor to meet your own personal needs and goals supported by a community that nurtures a “you can do this” attitude to enable powerful, transformative, and long- lasting change in your mind, body, and lifestyle. 

At Core Revolution Studio, we offer a variety of high-intensity classes utilizing the newest indoor cycling bike and equipment. Additionally, holistic health coaching and personal training services are offered. To further meet the needs of young families in the area, childcare is provided for children aged 0-8 years old. 

Core Revolution Studio's retail space carries the latest trends in fitness apparel, a rapidly growing industry, as well as healthy refreshment/snack options to fuel clients before and after class.
