Corinthia Group is a Malta-based entity operating in the executive offices sector with a focus on luxury hospitality assets and related activities. It emphasizes a family-centered approach, aiming to elevate standards in the hotel world through authenticity, passion, precision, and understanding. The group runs through independent subsidiaries—Corinthia Hotels, Corinthia Caterers, Corinthia Developments, and Quality Projects—to own and manage landmark properties across Europe and beyond. It is the public listed subsidiary of CPHCL Company Ltd, a privately held Maltese company founded in 1966 by Alfred Pisani and his family; CPHCL historically partnered with LFICO and Istithmar World to expand its portfolio.

In 2025, the group expanded into the U.S. hospitality market with the acquisition of two boutique hotels in Beverly Hills, in partnership with Action Real Estate Company of Kuwait. This expansion aligns with its pattern of developing and managing luxury properties across Europe and beyond through its subsidiary structure.
