Cornerstone Healthcare Solutions provides Physical and Occupational therapy, Speech Language Pathology and Medical Social Work services to Home Health Agencies in southwestern and south central Ohio.  We serve over 30 home health agencies in 15 Ohio counties and employ over 75 therapists, which allow us to offer unmatched reliability and efficiency.   Our completely online documentation system offers immediate access to patient notes and orders. Our large staff allows us to see patient for evaluations within 48 hours of referral.  We want to be partners with our agencies and clients, therefore we offer free marketing and training services by a qualified therapist.

Cornerstone is owned and operated by licensed therapists who strive to create a rewarding and efficient work environment. We use an entirely online documentation system, provide home health training and are always looking to add therapists to our team.
