SUNY Corning Community College is a two-year college located in the Southern Tier region of New York, with a main campus in Corning, Workforce Development in Elmira and additional sites throughout the Southern Tier. SUNY CCC offers more than 40 academic programs, more than 800 courses, and customized business training opportunities to support students of all ages and backgrounds. Founded in 1957, CCC began modestly in a scattering of old buildings in the city of Corning. Today, we encompass a 550-acre main campus on Spencer Hill with a complex of several buildings, including an observatory, planetarium, and a Health Education Center located in downtown Corning. With numerous off-campus sites throughout Steuben, Chemung and Schuyler counties, we educate thousands of students throughout the region.
