Coro Northern California is a nonprofit organization dedicated to leadership development. For more than seven decades, it has built a pipeline of leaders who collaborate across political boundaries and across sectors to address challenges at local, regional, national, and international levels. Its programs serve individuals across the career and education spectrum, with an emphasis on ethical, effective leadership in business, nonprofit work, government, labor, education, and politics. Based in San Francisco, the organization operates in Northern California and partners with local governments to create leadership initiatives, such as programs in Rohnert Park. It has developed networks and platforms to connect participants and alumni and broaden opportunities, including the Water Solutions Network and Coro Connect, a networking platform introduced in 2020 to facilitate ongoing connections.
