Lenders often gravitate to “going for the jugular” and attempting to procure the most advantageous terms in hopes of maximizing the extraction of fees without consideration for the Originator’s goals and hoping to lock them in for as long as possible with the most favorable terms possible.

Coromandel aspires to do private credit differently. It realized it could positively differentiate itself amongst its peers by going-to-market with a more transparent, thoughtful offering consistent with its key principles and allowing its Originators to dynamically procure better terms.
