Corporate Fitness Works develops custom fitness centers with engaging onsite and virtual programs that meet the unique needs of today's working populations. Established in 1988, we have more than 36 years’ experience in corporate health and fitness management.

In October 2024, CFW entered a new chapter, joining forces with HealthFitness, Inc., a subsidiary of Trustmark Benefits. For decades, CFW and HealthFitness had been friendly competitors, sharing similar expertise, values, and a commitment to client service. Together, the combined organization will serve over 200 clients at more than 360 sites across the nation. This acquisition represents significant growth, new opportunities for employees, and enhanced service innovations for clients as we continue to transform workplace wellness.
