COUCH Health is a Manchester-based firm that operates in the pharmaceutical sector as a global health engagement agency focused on making health experiences more human. The company’s purpose traces to a personal loss in 2002 when a founder’s father died from prostate cancer, highlighting gaps in doctor education, patient awareness, and access to potential clinical trials. Its work centers on connecting with patients, caregivers, communities, healthcare professionals, and life science companies to advance inclusive, equitable, accessible, and empathetic health experiences. Core services include patient and community engagement, health research equity, patient recruitment and retention, and diversity and inclusion consulting. In July 2022, Giant Health Events Ltd partnered with COUCH Health, reflecting collaboration within the health technology and life sciences ecosystem.
