We now target Investments between $1.0 million and to $25.0 million.

We partner with commercial banks, private equity, and other investors to package capital solutions that support business growth and enhance shareholder returns. Financing includes senior secured, subordinate secured, mezzanine debt & equity, and bridge loans, and equity.
