Our professional team understands the importanceof providing a warm, comfortable and safe place for residents. We make every effort to provide each resident with a smooth welcome transition into our facility. Our dedicated and compassionate staff is experienced and knowledgeable in caring for the elderly. Our philosophy of care recognizes the dignity of our residents, respects their privacy, and welcomes family involvement.

Our experienced and caring interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, nutritional services, social workers and physical, occupational and speech therapists are committed to achieving and maintaining the maximum health potential for each of residents and provide a smooth transition for our short term patients returning home.

Our team invites the resident and family to participate when generating a plan of care that is appropriate for each resident.Our care team is experienced in a wide variety of complicated medical problems including diabetes, cardiac problems, wound care, post surgical care, orthopedic rehabilitation, gastrointestinal disorders including those that require tube feedings. We also offer wound care including wound vacs.

Our facilities invite family and friends to visit 24 hours a day and pet visits are welcomed. We also offer a wide variety of on site activities and socials so we have something to suit each individual’s needs and interests and we invite family and friends to participate in our social activities with their loved ones
