The Counseling and Relationship Center of Murfreesboro was founded on the belief that hardships and struggles are a normal part of life. Everyone can benefit from having a trustworthy guide to see them through their difficult times. Our therapists are compassionate, knowledgeable and skilled professionals who listen well and are invested in helping you make your life better! We provide individual therapy, couples therapy, couples intensives and family therapy for ages 8 and up. We offer package plans, evening and weekend appointments. Some of our therapists accept insurance and sliding fee schedules. We use an integration of approaches in our therapy practices, based on our training in multiple approaches and our commitment to staying updated on the latest evidence-based practices. Which approach we use is determined by the goals you set for yourself in therapy and the feedback you give us along the way. We regularly ask if you are improving and what we can do better. Generally a person can expect improvement by the fourth session if we have formed a good working relationship and we are using the approach that is effective for you.
