Founded in 2002 as a retail brick & mortar cake and cupcake shop by attorney turned baker Warren Brown, CakeLove has evolved into a wholesale producer of cake in a jar. The jars are a new model for packaging a ready-to-eat individually portioned cake that gives the product better portability. 

Currently CakeLove markets the jars on a wholesale level through food distributors and direct shipments.  Layer cakes and cupcakes are still available for the local market in the Capitol region, but the focus of the business is on the wholesale side.
