Countryside Insurance Agency, Inc. is a 2nd generation agency, and we’re still trying to live up to the expectations and commitments started by Charles C. Wathen in 1976. Back then, Dad started the agency with 3 things in mind: 1. Care for each individual client through personal relationships 2. Community involvement 3. Treat each person the way you expect to be treated! Sounds simple, but with the way the world has changed, we don’t do business door-to-door or with every client face to face the way that Dad did. So we do some things differently, like communicate through newsletters, e-mail, text, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn. You might not always see us in person, but you can reach us at almost any time of day. That being said, we still love seeing you at church, ball games, local restaurants, and (of course) at the office. We welcome your comments and any opportunity to improve your experience with our agency. You can tell us how we are doing during your annual review or give us a rate on Facebook or Yelp.
