Court Services Victoria (CSV) was established on 1 July 2014 as an independent statutory body to provide corporate and administrative services that support judicial independence in the administration of justice in Victoria. It provides support to a range of courts and tribunals, including the Supreme Court of Victoria, the County Court, the Magistrates’ Court, the Children’s Court, the Coroners Court, and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, as well as the Judicial College of Victoria and the Judicial Commission of Victoria. CSV is the employer of staff across these courts and tribunals and related judicial bodies.
