For more than 50 years, Covia has lived out its mission: to promote and cultivate healthy communities for positive aging through an innovative continuum that actively supports the whole person. These services include:

•	Life Plan and multi-level communities: The communities provide a full continuum of independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing; 
•	Senior affordable housing communities and resident service coordination at senior affordable housing throughout California;
•	No-cost to low-cost services to seniors in need through our Community Services division. These programs include Well Connected, Market Day, Social Call (a friendly visitor program), and Home Match. Community services are funded through the Covia Foundation. 

Covia is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation that is tax exempt under Section 501 (c) (3) of the IRS code.
