CompTIA Spark develops high-quality technology curriculum for middle school classrooms and makes it available absolutely FREE. In today’s tech-driven world, digital fluency has become as important to future success as reading, writing and math. Technology is embedded in our everyday lives, as we become increasingly dependent on its real-world applications. Digital fluency is necessary to succeed in school and in life, and students will need technology skills no matter what job or pathway they pursue. But too often, students are falling behind before they even reach high school. To close this critical education gap, high-quality technology education must be brought to as many middle school classrooms as possible. Working in collaboration with educators and industry experts, we develop innovative technology curriculum that can be implemented by any middle school teacher — and make it available to them online, completely FREE. CompTIA Spark curriculum builds digital fluency and sparks student interest in tech pathways through fun and engaging lessons. The charitable arm of CompTIA, CompTIA Spark is a mission-based, independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
