The Credo process helps clients become highly aware of how they think, feel, and act; how they are perceived by others in their actions, behaviors, communication, decision making; setting the stage for creating sustainable change. The coaching process begins where you are by helping you develop alternative behaviors that will balance or complement existing strengths and develop competency and capability to eliminate gaps holding you back. Meeting new challenges, reaching new heights in accomplishments, learning from past experiences including mistakes requires eliminating thoughts that are limiting, destructive and emotional and replacing them with supportive, empowering self-beliefs that lead to powerful and consistent actions.
