Crescendo Academy of Music offers private and group instruction in instrumental and vocal music from highly-qualified teachers and performers in Southwest Michigan. The academy provides opportunities for performances in a variety of local venues, lessons in music theory and composition, chamber ensembles, Orff studio classes for children and adults,  and Music Together®, a nationally recognized early childhood music program. Pre-school children through adults over the age of seventy are active in Crescendo’s programs.

Crescendo Academy of Music is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with funding support from major foundations, arts organizations, businesses and individual donors. It strives to make music accessible to all through need-based scholarships and an instrument loan program. The Academy provides services to all children and adults without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, weight, height, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran or marital status.
