We focus on assets where we can add value through operational improvements, strategic renovations, or by addressing a constraint currently limiting the value of the property. This strategy is designed to offer current cash flows and robust total returns to our investors over our ownership period. 

Our portfolio spans across Florida, Texas, and New Mexico, consisting of workforce and student housing, including properties originally constructed during the 1970s through the 2000s, most of which have undergone extensive renovations. With a track record of strong performance, we continue to expand our portfolio and presence in additional growth markets we have identified.

In addition to investing in stabilized opportunities, Crescent Sky has invested in distressed real estate-related situations.  We also invest in deep-value real estate, mortgage, and real estate-related loans and securities, which aligns well with our long-term experience and expertise.
