At Crescent Sky, we specialize in acquiring well-located, quality multifamily and student housing properties in dynamic growth markets to own and operate. Our portfolio spans across Florida, Texas, and New Mexico, consisting of workforce and student housing, including properties originally constructed during the 1970s through the 2000s, most of which have undergone extensive renovations. With a track record of strong performance, we continue to expand our portfolio and presence in additional growth markets we have identified.

In addition to investing in stabilized opportunities, Crescent Sky has invested in distressed real estate-related situations.  We also invest in deep-value real estate, mortgage, and real estate-related loans and securities, which aligns well with our long-term experience and expertise.
