Crisis Connections is a Seattle-based nonprofit that provides free crisis support through text, chat, and phone channels to residents of King County and Washington State. Its core services include the King County 988 and Regional Crisis Lines for immediate, confidential assistance during emotional distress or mental health crises, along with statewide resources such as the WA Recovery Help Line, the WA Warm Line, and the King County 2-1-1 for locating community resources.
