Criterium-Kessler Engineers is a full-service consulting engineering firm that serves a broad range of diverse clients across Arizona and Nevada.  We are a local firm specializing in services related to buildings and structures of all types that includes structural evaluations, commercial and residential inspections, forensic engineering, building diagnostics, analysis, reserve studies, and structural design.

We are an affiliate of Criterium Engineers, which was founded in 1957. Our national organization has consulted with clients on over 850,000 properties. In Arizona and Nevada our two offices have performed more than 20,000 inspections and have established a reputation for competence, professionalism, and thoroughness that is unmatched. 

The backbone of Criterium-Kessler Engineers is a diverse, highly capable team comprised of Arizona licensed Professional Engineers (P.E.) and engineering field technicians--all possessing extensive experience and a desire to provide our clients with a superior level of service.   We also have team members who are reserve study specialists with CAI, and certified to perform reserve studies for the State of Nevada. 

Criterium-Kessler Engineers serves the entire State of Arizona (specializing in Maricopa, Pima, Coconino, Gila, Pinal, and Yavapai counties) and the Southern portion of Nevada).  Criterium-Kessler Engineers has served Arizona since 1985 and Las Vegas since 1994 (and previously known as Criterium-McWilliam Engineers).
