The supportive community at CrossFit Central Houston is part of the appeal of CrossFit, as members train in small group sessions with a trainer who focuses on teaching how to efficiently and safely perform each movement. Athletes at ALL levels - from those with no athletic background to those with a high degree of physical fitness experience - engage in movements that include olympic lifting, gymnastics, body weight, running, rowing, powerlifting and more.
