CrossFit Central Houston subscribes to the CrossFit philosophy of strength and conditioning: constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity, in an effort to prepare our clients for whatever demands life throws at them! The supportive community at CrossFit Central Houston is part of the appeal of CrossFit, as members train in small group sessions with a trainer who focuses on teaching how to efficiently and safely perform each movement. Athletes at ALL levels - from those with no athletic background to those with a high degree of physical fitness experience - engage in movements that include olympic lifting, gymnastics, body weight, running, rowing, powerlifting and more.
