Since then we have opened 3 locations and hold boot camps all around the Austin area. CrossFit Central is dedicated to helping people reach their goals, pursue excellence and build a fit community - in Austin and around the world!
	
We offer a variety of programs: CrossFit, CrossFit Women, Relentless Boot Camps, Kettlebell & Personal Training as well as nutrition counseling, free community workouts, challenges, athletic competitions and host social happy hours and socials.
