CrossFit Fireball is the newest CrossFit Gym in Bonita Springs, FL. We offer 1-on-1 personal training as well as CrossFit group classes. Our mission is to help provide the most effective method of fitness imaginable to any person regardless of their age and fitness level. Our goal is to help people live happier, healthier, and longer lives. CrossFit is the fastest growing sport and fitness regime in the world. By definition, CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements at high intensity. The CrossFit programs are designed for universal scalability making it practical for any individual of any fitness level. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or elite athlete, our group classes are tailored to the needs of each individual without having to change the workout; we change the load and intensity. As time goes on in these programs, that load and intensity can increase. At CrossFit Fireball, we get the opportunity to change people's life, body, and mind through fitness. We help people every day gain new skills, boost confidence, improve strength and conditioning, and achieve body composition goals such as losing weight, gaining muscle, and even increase mobility in aching joints and body parts.
