We are a full service strength and conditioning gym that caters to the true fitness enthusiast. We enlist the use of bio-mechanically correct movement patterns within the realms Olympic weightlifting, Power-lifting, track and field, gymnastics, strongman events, and any that will help us to achieve true fitness and strength. There is no easy training here but the community is second to none and the coaching is first class. Motivation and encouragement are always top priority with an emphasis on teaching and learning. Our program is for everyone but not for everyone. Those that need to feel successful or are afraid of failing will be humbled. It will be those, and only those, who leave egos at the doorstep that will survive and thrive in this wonderful and amazing environment. If you have goals and desires that you need to accomplish. If you have to succeed at all costs. If you want to do things you have never done. If you want to keep doing things in life you always want to do. If you want to be around like-minded people. If you want to look, feel, and be different. If accepting the fact that you are not yet strong or fit but want to. Then CrossFit Omaha is the gym for you. Go and check out all the other places before you come here. You will see the difference. All kinds of gyms are opening up every where in town. Once you are here, you will either love it, rave about it, sweat, change, get stronger, and get more fit or you will go running back to your boot camps and/or easy gyms. Our workouts are scalable. You don't have to be a crazy all-star. You don't even have to be currently working out. Heck, you might not have been doing anything for years. All we want is an elite commitment from you towards your fitness. A desire to have fun and learn. To get strong and to lose fear about real training. If you want to change, we will help you get there. I would rather have you walk into the gym than a crazy all-star that won't commit.
