CTO.LA is an AI-first technology consultancy helping apparel brands and AI-native startups prepare for the next evolution of online commerce — where human buyers are increasingly supported by intelligent agents across discovery, comparison, and purchase. We partner with ecommerce teams, SaaS platforms, and founders to design and build agent-ready commerce systems. This includes evolving existing stacks like Shopify into storefronts optimized for agent-assisted discovery, as well as building AI orchestration layers that connect product data, pricing, inventory, policies, and intent signals in real time.
