Culdesac Tempe is our first walkable, mixed-use development project in Tempe, Arizona. It's now home to over 300 residents, 21 local businesses, and a thriving community. When the 17-acre project is complete, it will include over 700 homes for 1,000 residents. Rather than dependence on private cars, our residents enjoy a diverse portfolio of transportation options, including mass transit, e-bikes, and ride-hail.
