Cullen Construction was incorporated in 1953 by Edward E. Cullen, and soon became one of the Main Line’s most respected builders. Over the years, Edward Cullen built or renovated many of the Main Line’s finest homes and estates. His houses are sought after for both their superior construction and fine millwork. In 1965, Craig Cullen joined his father’s company and sought to expand the Cullen brand. Craig built many fine homes and additions in the area including the award winning town house community, Thatcher Court on Montgomery Avenue in Haverford, PA. Craig has since passed on, but we honor his legacy by continuing his work at Cullen Construction everyday. As a third generation builder, Woody Cullen continues the dedication to construction excellence that both his father and grandfather encouraged and maintained. Woody works tirelessly with clients, architects and the craftsmen he employs to ensure that every project is beautiful, well built and on budget. In 2024 Woody brought Seth Habben into the Cullen Construction family by naming him CEO and Minority Owner. Today, Seth and Woody work together to lead Cullen Construction into the future while maintaining the history, legacy, and brand built by the Cullen family of the past. Today, Cullen Construction maintains the highest standards by employing the finest and most dedicated craftsmen, designers and support staff.
