Cummins-Setters Commercial Partners (CSCP) is a full-service commercial real estate firm in Lawton, Oklahoma. Established in 2018, CSCP services include the sale, lease, management and development of commercial real estate.

The CSCP partnership began when Matt, a Field Artillery NCO and veteran real estate professional, met Kip, a retired Lawton business professional from rural southwest Oklahoma. The two forged an unexpected friendship.  Although the business is new, CSCP offers much to the community. This partnership is a fusion of nearly three decades of trusted local relationships as well as real estate knowledge. Matt and Kip offer over 50 years of invaluable business acumen.

The goal of CSCP is to promote economic growth and development through the recruitment of new businesses and the sale and lease of local properties.  Our philosophy is simple.
