SHAWN:
A real estate lifer, Shawn began his career at age 17 as a Marketing Intern, and was introduced to real estate success at that age by attending Howard Brinton's Star Power. The influences gained there propelled him to an early and successful real estate career.  Shawn was licensed at 19, bought out his team at 22 and converted it to the Cunningham Group in 2010 with his twin brother Kyle. CGroup is a small team focused on maximizing its client relationships by providing value that they seek. With a large investor clientele, this means a robust and professional property management business is a large part of the operation.
Shawn is an avid road cyclist, runner and traveler, as well as a hard core UNLV basketball and football super fan.

KYLE:
I am a long time resident of Las Vegas. I grew up here and I am a passionate believer in our city and a proud UNLV Runnin' Rebel alumnus. I am happily married to my husband and we've built a life together over a period of 10 years (so far). I have two little Yorkshire terriers waiting for me when I get home every day. I am a strong personality and I like to get results for our clients. I am a believer in fulfilling our promise to our clients and that's why I'm proud to say that over 80% of our current business is referral based.
