Since 1967, Cure Cancer has been dedicated to kick-starting fresh ideas in cancer research. When most funding goes to established projects, we’re there at the beginning, backing the brightest emerging researchers with their first major grants. This leap of imagination is where breakthroughs begin, turning potential into progress that can save lives. 

Cure Cancer has funded more than 570 pioneering research projects across all cancer types, including rare and underfunded cancers. Our support has helped researchers pioneer technologies for early detection, shape national vaccination programs, and explore promising new treatments like immunotherapy and copper depletion. These aren’t just lab results, they are real-world impacts: better prevention, safer treatments, and lives saved.
