CureCervicalCancer (CCC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to the early detection and prevention of cervical cancer. Cervical cancer is almost entirely preventable, yet it kills over 350,000 women each year—90% in low- and middle-income countries. In Kenya, it is the leading cause of cancer death among women, with screening coverage only at 16%. Our Mobile Health For Mamas Program is bringing home-based self-sample HPV testing, mobile treatment clinics, and patient navigation women living in rural and remote communities in Kenya. Our model is scalable, sustainable, and locally-led: we partner with Kenya’s Ministry of Health, co-design and co-implement our program with local county governments, and train healthcare workers to serve as our frontline workers for screening and treatment. No woman should die from a preventable disease. Together, we can create a future where every woman—no matter where she lives—has access to lifesaving cervical cancer screening and treatment.
