The Company currently has three drug candidates in development: - Emavusertib (CA-4948), an orally-available, small molecule inhibitor of the IRAK4 kinase being investigated in a Phase 1 clinical trial in patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and in a separate Phase 1 trial for acute myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndromes. - CI-8993, a monoclonal antibody designed to antagonize the V-domain Ig suppressor of T cell activation, or VISTA signaling pathway, being investigated in a Phase 1a/1b trial in patients with solid tumors. - Fimepinostat, an orally available, small molecule inhibitor of HDAC and PI3K enzymes, which is currently being evaluated for future studies. Curis is engaged in a collaboration with Aurigene for discovery and development of drug candidates in the area of immuno-oncology and precision oncology. As part of this collaboration, Curis has exclusive licenses to oral small molecule dual antagonists of PD1 and VISTA, including PDL1/VISTA antagonist CA-170, and oral small molecule dual antagonists of PD1 and TIM3, including PDL1/TIM3 antagonist CA-327, as well as to molecules designed to inhibit the IRAK4 kinase, including CA-4948. The Company's collaborators, F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd, or Roche, and Genentech Inc., or Genentech, a member of the Roche Group, are commercializing Erivedge®(vismodegib) for the treatment of patients with advanced basal cell carcinoma, or BCC.
