CUSO Development Company, LLC (CDC) is a national CUSO holding company based in Grand Rapids, Mich., and was founded in 2006. CUSO Development Company “Brings Credit Unions Together” to meet the needs of credit union members everywhere. CDC is the parent company of the Member Advantage Brand of Companies, including Member Advantage Mortgage and Member Advantage National Agency.

CDC currently has seven credit unions in its core ownership group, including 1st Advantage Federal Credit Union of Yorktown, Va., Carter Federal Credit Union of Shreveport, La., CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union of Alexandria, Va., Fort Lee Federal Credit Union of Prince George, Va.,  Sun East Federal Credit Union of Aston, Pa., and UMassFive College Federal Credit Union of Hadley, Mass. 

Through additional unique partnerships with credit unions of all sizes, CDC will build several additional subsidiary credit union owned companies, providing core products and services to the credit union industry membership and the general public.
