Custom Spine is committed to developing innovative spinal solutions to enhance patients’ quality of life. Our product portfolio offers next generation surgeon friendly spinal implants and instruments to support industry leading surgical techniques for the treatment of spinal disorders.

Pathway AVID, Custom Spine’s unique articulating vertebral interbody device, provides the benefits of a larger implant for greater support in a less invasive approach to reduce the risk of subsidence. The company’s signature product ISSYS LP, a complete lumbar fixation system, provides significant benefits by being able to fully seat the screw while maintaining polyaxial motion of the screw head. This unique design withstands greater shear force than proud screws reducing the chance for screw loosening.

Regent ACP, Custom Spine’s anterior cervical plate features single step self-locking slides to secure the plate. Other products include a variety of interbody devices for cervical and lumbar as well as a monoaxial screw system.
