We believe your artwork should be yours to keep, so we archive your files for safe keeping, and release both print-ready files and working files to customers upon request at no charge.  You paid for it - You own it.  We don’t charge any fees to our customers supplying print-ready artwork.  We personally review each and every piece of artwork you send us to ensure that the resolution, color, and dimensions are correct before going to print.
