CVP Advisors was founded in 2006 by Jeff Hassman after working for a global consulting company in Europe since 2000 where he worked with a wide variety of clients in various sectors. Before that Jeff worked for John Deere in their strategic development department. In 2009, Jeff and Jason Egli became, bringing Jason’s expertise in manufacturing/operations and Renewable technologies from companies that he has worked for such as, John Deere, Monsanto, and Purac. Together we help a variety of clients. Our engagements cover the spectrum from companies who are seeking to exploit a new opportunity and need a plan and capital to get there to companies which unfortunately are in trouble and need a road-map to get them out (and typically out of their banks cross-hairs). We are also quite active in helping companies acquire other companies or sell themselves.

CVP Advisors, through sister entities, has also made capital investments (debt or equity) into select companies but this is not a main focus as it can conflict with our advisory services that we providing. We want to be clearly on the side of our clients and not looking to see how we can maximize our investment or whittle down our client's valuation. We want to add value and communicate that to all stakeholders whether it be the shareholders, potential investors, bankers, etc.
