Who We Are

CW Construction is a nationally recognized builder of student housing and conventional housing apartments communities. Since its founding, CW Construction has experienced extensive growth, with a portfolio of 4,511 units in multi-family construction in excess of $564 million. Our portfolio also includes renovations of over 18,000 units for national real estate investment trusts, student housing owners and national student and conventional property management firms throughout the Southeast.

CW performs construction services and/or holds a general contractors license to do business in the following states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Arkansas, Virginia, Tennessee, Missouri, Mississippi, Texas, Alabama and Maryland. Our projects include acquisitions, development and construction in Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC, Durham, NC, Winston Salem, NC, Clemson, SC, Charleston, SC, Hanahan, SC, Auburn, AL, Statesboro, GA, Sandy Springs, GA, Austin, TX, Lynchburg, VA, Blacksburg, VA and Chattanooga, TN. We continue to pursue student and conventional housing opportunities and joint venture partners to add to our growing portfolio. CW Construction provides specialized development and full service general contracting services from its headquarters based outside of Charlotte, North Carolina.
