Our Story D. H. Gustafson Company was founded by Dan Gustafson in 1968 to design, construct, and manage residential housing in the Minneapolis/St. Paul South Metro area. His goal, then and now, is to serve every resident with hometown friendliness and world-class service. Dan Gustafson As the designer and builder of many of our communities, he created unique living environments from the ground up, including features such as private entries and garages, central air conditioning, washers and dryers in living units, all with the convenience of our residents in mind. Many of our employees have been with us since the 1980s and 1990s, carrying on our tradition of high standards of service to our residents.
