D.L. Sanders is a general retail construction firm based in Houston, Texas.  We have been in business since 1997 and have been doing construction in many states besides Texas, such as, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Kansas and Arkansas.  We are ready, willing and able to build in any location.  We are a professional firm that will complete your projects on time, and as our past results show, ahead of schedule, within budget, and with the quality, service and attention to detail your business requires.  We do onsite preparation, taking measurements and then drawing the plans and MEP’s necessary to pull a permit.
 
Our areas of specialization have grown rapidly within this amount of time.  We have completed over 400 of THE UPS STORES to date and previously 90 MAIL BOXES, ETC., GRAND STAND SALONS, QUIZNOS SUBS, NEXTEL, PLANET BEACH TANNING SALON, various restaurants, and professional offices.
 
D.L. Sanders maintains a lean overhead, which results in lower estimated bids and customer savings on their construction costs.  In addition, by close supervision of scheduling, we decrease the time to complete a project.  Therefore, the business can have an earlier start-up and payout.
