ProCooks (Professional Cooks Network) is a subscription-based website that allows chefs at top American restaurants to manage their staffs’ professional growth.  By networking with other kitchens to place their growth-oriented cooks and find candidates for openings, top chefs use ProCooks to manage their staffing needs with a Win-Win solution that supports their team’s needs and the kitchen’s efficiency.  ProCooks also assists kitchens with creating and filling stagier programs.

Participation in ProCooks is by invitation only; our focus is to assist the top 200 kitchens in the United States.  We want to ensure our subscribers are able to place and recruit highly trained and professional cooks.
