Daily Work closes Minnesota’s income, education, and health care gaps by providing mentoring and job placement services for low-income and homeless Minnesotans. By turning at-risk job seekers into valued employees with a living wage, families leave poverty behind forever. 

Entry-level job placements, transportation, and a new interview suit are essential employment first steps. However, more is needed to eliminate the impacts of poverty and build prosperity within our communities. Statistics show that when families are able to sustain incomes at twice the poverty level, or $50,000 a year, that is when real and profound change starts to happen.

Thus Daily Work takes the long-view of mentoring employees through their newly inspired employment journeys and building a network of employer partners who are committed to developing employees and providing living wages. Together, we build prosperity by seeing potential and mentoring determined job seekers.
