Background: Dal Poggetto & Company LLP was formed on November 1, 1992 when Jon Dal Poggetto, partner in charge of the Santa Rosa office of Deloitte & Touche LLP, separated his practice from his former firm’s due to its decision to consolidate resources into its Oakland office. Our current structure provides organizations in the North Bay area with access to world class accounting services at rates that are competitive with other local firms. All of the initial members of Dal Poggetto & Company LLP have prior experience and training with the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP. However, the focus of our professional practice is in meeting the professional services needs of privately-held businesses, and our billing rates and structure have been established to meet those needs in a service-oriented yet cost-effective manner.
