Dane Professional Consulting Group (Dane PCG), founded by Heidi Burkhart in 2008, specializes in affordable housing brokerage and consulting. The Dane PCG team is comprised of the most professional, knowledgeable and ethical members ensuring all goals are achieved. Since its inception, the firm has closed over $300 million in real estate closings with the majority in the affordable housing sector. Proudly sponsoring numerous volunteer programs, Dane PCG presented a $25,000 sponsorship to Kid's Unlimited to develop after-school programs for under served children in Ohio. After sending a request to fellow national advisory board members, the board of director's, and Dane PCG's extensive network, KU received an additional $60,000 in support, allowing KU to expand and continue their important work. A key component, Dane PCG, bring to the table in successfully marketing properties, is our extensive background and key relationships with the affordable housing community.
