We are proud. Established in 1988 with a strategic turning point in 2003 as we were in the winning-team behind the general plan for Barcode and assigned to fulfil three of the major buildings. After years with rapid growth we are today one of the leading offices in Norway working with all types of projects. We have defined our passion to be living cities and we are passionate. We were part of the team to win the plan for Barcode. We designed the fantastic Oslo Cancer Cluster Innovation Park/Ullern High School/Incubator and StartUp Lab. We realised the most beautiful apartment project in Oslo - Waldemars Hage. We made the award winning DnB Headquarters in Barcode happen. We rehabilitate more buildings in inner city of Oslo than anyone we know. We play around and give life to the internationally acclaimed, indoor Skatepark and beautiful Fisketorget in Oslo. And we develop new thinking; like OCCI, sustainable processes and we believe retail is going back from the malls to to the streets.
We are DARK, but like someone said the other day - we´re not that dark.

The House of DARK is one of Norway’s largest planning, architecture and interior design practices. DARK is an Oslo-based studio consisting of seven companies working together to provide a broad range of services for our
clients. Our work includes master planning, urban design, building design, landscape architecture and interior architecture, as well as furniture design, graphic design and visualization.
