Established in 1993, Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust is based at Darent Valley Hospital in Dartford, Kent. We provide high-quality, innovative care for more than 270,000 people across Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley and Bexley, with services spanning several hospitals and centres. Darent Valley Hospital – Opened in 2000 with 463 beds and over 4,500 staff, DVH delivers acute services including surgery, trauma, orthopaedics, cardiology, maternity and general medicine, supported by advanced facilities. Queen Mary’s Hospital, Sidcup – We provide elective inpatient and day surgery, outpatient care, diagnostics and therapies in partnership with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and other providers. Erith & District Hospital – Radiology services delivered by DGT. North Kent Community Diagnostic Centre – Based at Livingstone Hospital, Dartford, offering CT, MRI, echocardiography, ECG, DEXA and X-ray. Gravesham Community Hospital – Since 2024, the Urgent Treatment Centre has been part of our services, helping meet rising demand from rapid local population growth.
