How We Work
We like to use the anecdote of how to boil a frog to explain why what we do is so important to your business, and how we do it is so exceptional. . In short, you don't boil a frog by putting it right into hot water, it would hop right out sensing the dangerous conditions. You put it into a pot of nice cool water and slowly, imperceptibly, raise the heat and it will acclimate until it is stew. Acclimation to degradation is what leads to boiling your frog.
We start by "taking the temperature of your water"​, we assess your current state, discuss with you where you'd like to see your business in terms of operations, and then we create a plan to get your there and keep you there.
